Home Sales Slow Down? A Better Time to Invest.

For the month of October, the activity on the private property market has been comparatively slower and weaker compared to the previous nine months.

Property experts suggest that it's the pause for air before the surge, and that following this pause, the prices in prime districts are only looking to get better with the revival of the economy and more relaxed financial positions of investors.

Singapore being a land scarce country has only so much land to offer, and with private residential being quickly snapped up, especially within the more conveniently located outskirts of the prime districts, areas housing properties like Devonshire One, and Cairnhill residences have been receiving more attention due to their ideal locations of being near enough to the financial sectors, and also with the added advantage of having a place to call home in the more serene environment.

As property prices have been hovering below their full potential, the fast resurging economy will propel these prices higher as more investors start joining the fray for good property investments yet again.

And in Singapore, this potential price is starting to look really attractive, as 2010/2011 is going to be an important milestone in the young country's history books, with the opening of the Integrated Resorts, Casino, and even the hosting of Youth Olympics, coupled with the recovery of the economy, it is looking to be a day of bountiful earnings for the investor who chooses to place his money into prime land today.
